RSLS launched as a travel agency and event management company in 1995. At that time our core business revolved around flight ticketing, charter tours, executive travel, and conference and event management. At that time we were primarily focused on the Jordanian and Egyptian markets. We made our name by providing end-to-end white glove high touch services for our clients at a time when customer service was little more than an afterthought.
Due to client demand in the wake of 9/11 our business transitioned into the security arena. In 2003 we formally reorganized under the name Rising Logistics and later as Rising Security & Logistics. At the same time, we sold the tourism excursion and public facing side of the business so that we could focus exclusively on corporate security services.
