RSLS launched as a travel agency and event management company in 1995. Our core business revolved around flight ticketing, charter tours, executive travel, and conference and event management. We made our name by providing end-to-end white glove services for our customers at a time when customer service was an afterthought in the market.
Our business transitioned into the security arena due to client demand in the wake of 9/11 and turmoil that followed the Iraq war and in the wake of the Arab Spring. In 2003 we reorganized under the name Rising Security Logistics Services and eliminated the tourism excursion and public facing side of the business in order to focus corporate security services including close personal protection, secure transport, armed and unarmed emergency response, and emergency and medical extractions. Over the past four years we have performed work in Libya, Egypt, Jordan, Iraq and Yemen.
